PAYadvice is a forty page full colour magazine published monthly by the Institute for Payroll and Pensions Management for its 6,000 plus membership. I have worked with the IPPM on the design and layout of this publication for over five years now, successfully creating an interesting, informative, high quality periodical. The magazine's job is to represent the Institute in an official capacity, to both inform and stimulate its readership, and to do this with a voice of authority. Alongside a recent redesign, which brought in up-to-date fonts, an improved page grid layout and a more flexible cover design, I produced a new Media Pack to assist the selling of advertising space.
